What is Bike Bus you ask? Great question! Imagine a school of fish swimming down M St. in the morning starting at 35^th & M St. at 7:30am and gaining mass as more fish waiting on the street corners tag in and join the group as it makes its way down M Street. Only instead of fish, it’s parents and kids riding bikes together to Phoebe Hearst Elementary. 

All bike riders enter together and park their bikes at the racks behind the cafeteria. A group of parent volunteers ride alongside the group to supervise and bike ahead to block off traffic at busier streets along the route.
