October General PTO Meeting

Please join us for the first General PTO meeting of the year!

When: Wednesday, October 11

Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm

Where: Phoebe Hearst Cafeteria.

(Room Parent only meeting to immediately follow 7 – 7:30pm)

We want to share all the exciting things we have in store this year for your student, answer your questions, help you get involved, and hear your feedback!

School Social Worker

Phoebe will have a social worker on campus every Monday, we are thrilled to welcome Amber Henrichs to our campus and community. As she will be here once a  week, her schedule will be based on a three tiered system of support. Teachers can make a referral as needed, or if you/your family is in need of support, please reach out to Mr. Martin in the admin office.

The Tier System of Support

I – Mindfulness for classes, class circles, and classroom presentations.
II – Small groups based on need
III – Limited individuals

Our Traffic Volunteer Team Needs YOU!

Join your fellow parent volunteers and keep Phoebe families safe at drop off and pick up. Connect with our community and put a smile kids’ faces too!

Volunteer Crossing Guards are needed to safely guide pedestrians through crosswalks.

A recurring commitment for the same day of the week and time for the fall term is strongly preferred. Even if you  are only available on Tuesday afternoons each week, that’s a huge help!

Helpers are needed for both morning and afternoon pick up

  • 7:30 to 8:30 in the mornings
  • 1:45 to 2:30 in the afternoons (or 12:45-1:30 on Thursday afternoons)

Afternoon spots are especially hard to fill, so please consider helping out.

LCFF Applications Available Online Now!

The LCFF Applications are available for completing online now! Please take a moment to fill out the form. 

Filling out the application is a crucial step in ensuring we get the maximum amount of funding for our school. By taking a few minutes to complete this form, you’re actively contributing to the resources that empower our students and educators. 

Each form submitted is beneficial for our schools funding, even if you don’t believe you will qualify, your completed form helps our community. 

Please note: ONLY ONE FORM PER HOUSEHOLD.

There’s a lot happening on campus! Our principal, faculty, & staff are hard at work to get ready for the new school year!

Have you checked out the Supply Lists yet?? If not, be sure to check them out!

All things must come to an end, and sadly, summer’s end is in sight. We hope you’re all enjoying your vacation, and are amped to head back to school!

The first day of instruction is Thursday, August 31st, we will see you bright and early on the blacktop.

The first day of school is early dismissal for primary and intermediate students.
