The Event going to be better than ever!!
The Event is an occasion for Phoebe parents and community members to connect and celebrate together, while also raising money to support STEM, music, and arts programs for our kids!
This adults only event is being hosted by our PTO at Turn Verein, and will include a buffet dinner, beer and a signature cocktail being served at our bar, plus amazing wine offerings from Acheson Wine Company!
This year we are excited to have so many wonderful items for our community to bid on!
Miss Jane’s Original Art by Grade Level
Our kids have the benefit of learning about art from a fantastic all around human AND educator, Miss Jane! She has been working hard to create artwork with our kids, letting each child take part in a masterpiece for their grade level. Those masterpieces will be up for auction to the highest bidder during our live auction!
Teacher Experiences
Our teachers are always busy engaging our kids’ intellect and spurring on their curiosity, for The Event, they plan a special limited experience for kids in their classes! Parents can bid to have their child’s teacher entertain and enthrall them with different experiences, such as a Pirate Party, Ultimate Water Balloon Battle, Par-TAY (Taylor Swift Party), Wacky Olympics, Be our Guest (lunch cooked up & served by your teacher/s)! Grade Level Baskets/Packages
Every year each grade puts together a themed package to offer up for our auction. These packages are built on the donations of the families from that grade and are varied from Local Favorites, Instant Wine Cellar, Whiskey Wagon, Family Game Night, and so much more!
Offerings From Local Businesses
We are always so grateful for the immense support we get from our local businesses, including business owned by members of our school community! This year is no different, as we are already reaching out to business to build a catalog of awesome items for our auction!
Join us for this four-hour tour as we say Ahoy to our Phoebe community, Welcome Aboard our Kindergarten Families, and bid Bon Voyage to our 6th-grade families! This evening fundraiser will feature live and silent auctions, a buffet dinner, and a no-host bar. Whether you have your eye on the coveted Reserved Parking Spot, Front Row Tickets for 6th-grade promotion, or are just looking for some kid-free fun, don’t miss the boat and join us as we set sail!

- Appetizers, a buffet-style meal, and a drink ticket will be included with each registration.
- Discounted early-bird tickets will be available from March 18 – March 31, $70 single / $130 pair
- Reserved tables are available – includes 8 registration tickets, additional drink tickets, and prime location. Only a few available!
Phoebe Families – Donate an auction item to The Event
We are seeking donations for our silent and live auctions. We would like to highlight those contributions that come from our Phoebe Families! If you would like to donate an item, service, or experience, please fill out our Online Donation Form or email The Event Team. Donations to The Event are considered tax deductible.
Donate to your Grade Level Gift
Your room parents are coordinating a grade-level themed donation item to be auctioned. We kindly request that the donation come from your family and not from local businesses that may have already been contacted by The Event Team for separate donations. This is to avoid asking the same businesses multiple times and to respect their generosity and goodwill. If you know of a business that would love to support our school, please email The Event Team!
