Breathing, meditation and yoga is a healthy way for students to work through their everyday stresses and a positive way to end the week. This class is taught by Erin Kukas, certified yoga instructor and will cover a general overview of yoga and the positive impact it can have on your physical and mental well-being. During this class, students will learn and practice proper yoga techniques as well as have the opportunity to participate in discussions and journaling connected to yoga and meditation. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and open heart and mind.
This class is designed for 5th and 6th grade students.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 and cost $50 for 6 sessions, or $10 drop in.
Classes dates are 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, and 11/3.
