Support our Harvest Festival!

Dear Phoebe Hearst Families,

Fall is upon us, and you know what that means….HARVEST FESTIVAL TIME!!!! Our annual Harvest Festival is Saturday, October 25th from 3-6:30 pm. The Harvest Festival is not only one of the most FUN events of the year; it’s also the PTO’s first official fundraiser. All of the proceeds from your families’ fun will go to the PTO’s student enrichment fund, which specifically provides each classroom with money for field trips and materials. Our goal is to make sure that every student has the opportunity for fun hands-on learning activities on and off campus!

Come dressed in your costume and enjoy the cake walk, fun booths, pumpkin patch, bounce house and more. Dinner will be available for purchase. Festival wristbands and tickets go on sale before and after school beginning Wednesday, October 15 – a $15 wristband includes all booths, one pumpkin in the pumpkin patch and the bounce house. Individual tickets for booth activities as well as the cake walk, bake sale, cotton candy and popcorn tickets will be available for 50 cents each. Dinner tickets are $5 and include spaghetti, salad, bread and a drink.

This year, PTO is asking class Room Parents to coordinate a booth and activity on their class’ behalf, which will help ensure there are plenty of volunteers for all of the day’s fun. The Harvest Festival Team will assign your class a booth or activity and work with Room Parent(s) to provide them ALL of the supplies, materials and prizes for their booth, as well as help coordinate parent volunteers from the class to work at the booth.

And if you are looking to get a jump start on earning those parent hours, we would love to have you help set up (beginning at 10:00am) or bake a cake for the cake walk or donate baked goods for the bake sale or help serve dinner or help clean up!

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Harvest Festival Team ( if you have any questions and we look forward to seeing you on October 25!
